Splendors of Morocco

Arts, Culture, History, Architecture, Desert & Markets
DESCRIPTION:

Discover a land of startling contrasts, ecological diversity, and expressive culture. Experience the riches of Marrakech, it palaces, mosques, museums, and gardens. Peruse markets filled with snake charmers, antiques, spices, and street entertainers. In the Dades Valley, take in the dramatic landscapes as we pass hundreds of ancient Kasbahs and ride a camel up the Mergouza Sand Dunes before spending a night under the unforgettable stars. As we approach Fes we pass through magnificent cedar forests and small, picturesque towns. In Fez, one of the best-preserved medieval cities in the world, we discover its maze of streets and markets. This journey can be tailored for nearly any interest: cuisine, history, arts & crafts, literature, architecture, and more!

CONSIDER:

Do you prefer luxury hotels or small boutique hotels - even renovated kasbahs? Or perhaps more basic and less costly accommodations? A visit to the Sahara Desert can be done in a hotel or sleeping under the stars in a tent.
